Hello darlings! How are you all doing?? Happy New Month and welcome to my birth month. My last blog post was about how I’ve been able to navigate life through the COVID-19 pandemic as a health care professional.
The truth is I actually miss writing and shooting blog content but this period has also made me work on more video content that I’ve been making excuses for and taking baby steps. I’m sure it’s not been easy for content creators going to source for locations and actually shooting for the blog. I really hope this ends soon.
On the blog today, I decided to bless you guys with pictures of this outfit from my last blog shoot in February. So, this is another piece in collaboration with one of my favorite Ankara brands Nighoz Apparels and I shared a piece from this collaboration Ankara Jumpsuit so be sure to check it out.
The dress I’m wearing is known as the Bukky Dress and was named after me. I think this dress really describes me: sweet, fun and beautiful lol. It was love at first sight the first time I saw it, and it’s also my favorite of all the pieces in this collaboration. I love wearing ankara pieces and I’ve styled a lot of them on the blog Prints and lace at Buckhead, Ankara Co-Ord Set, Ankara Pinafore Dress.
I had the option of wearing black sandals with this look but decided to go for my pink sandals which I’ve had for a while and has probably made it to the blog just once. I totally love this look and how I also played with pink accessories. I’m wearing my favorite wig called Toke from NaturalGirlWigs. This wig has suffered but I love it so much because it perfectly frames my face and just makes outfits look good.
The photographer did justice to these pictures and I brought the look to life! I hope I’m able to shoot a new blog post asap but even though I do not, I’m definitely sure an obligatory blog post will be up on the 13th of June which happens to be my birthday yas!! Nothing planned all thanks to corona but I’m definitely hoping for the best. Please guys get my gifts ready lol. I want moneyyyy ( dollars, pounds, euros and naira). This babe does not need clothes or shoes lol!
