Hello everyone I hope you are all doing good. This is a new segment on my blog called HEALTH TIPS. I will be sharing some health tips with y’all once in a while. It’s important to stay healthy because if you are healthy, you look good, can dress good and lots more… I hope you like this segment and let me know what you think about it.
So, to start off with , I want to share with you guys the benefits of drinking water. We are also expected to take 8-ounce glasses of water which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon daily.

- Balances your lymph system, which helps to perform daily functions, balances body fluids and fights infection.
- Promotes healthy skin
- Generates energy for the body
- Regulates body temperature
- Protects your heart
- Drinking water on an empty stomach purifies the colon, making it easier to absorb nutrients
- Increases the production of new blood and muscle cells
- Relieves headaches and back pain
- Promotes weight loss by boosting your metabolism
- Reduces the risk of cancer
- Drinking more water improves the elasticity of the skin, preventing wrinkles
- Beauty benefits of drinking water includes: healthy scalp, strong hair and nails, clear bright eyes, smoother skin, etc…
- Helps to carry nutrients and oxygen to your cells
- Makes you look younger and healthier.
Also, drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the human body.
- 2 glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs
- 1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal helps digestion
- 1 glass of water before taking a bath/shower helps lower blood pressure
- 1 glass of water before going to bed avoids stroke or heart attack.
Even the bible talks about drinking the water of life. The benefit of drinking the water of life is that whoever drinks it shall never thirst ; but the water will become in him/her a well of water springing up to eternal life (John 4:14).
